Product Overview

The SLSS49E is a miniature, versatile linear Hall-effect sensor designed for operation with permanent magnets. It provides a sourcing output voltage that is proportional to the magnetic field strength, directly set by the supply voltage. Featuring integrated low-noise circuitry that eliminates the need for external filtering, this sensor interfaces seamlessly with various electrical components without buffering. Enhanced temperature stability and accuracy are achieved through thin-film resistors. With an operating temperature range of -40C to 150C, it is suitable for consumer, industrial, and medical applications. Available in TO92 and SOT23 package styles, the SLSS49E offers low current consumption and high ESD performance. Its ability to react differently to Antarctic and Arctic magnetic fields makes it ideal for a wide range of sensing applications including current sensing, motor control, position sensing, magnetic code reading, rotary encoders, ferrous metal detectors, liquid level sensing, and weight sensing.
