The Medium Vibration Sensor Switch (Product ID: 2384) is a non-directional, medium sensitivity vibration-induced trigger switch. Often referred to as the "poor man's accelerometer/motion sensor," it functions by utilizing a medium hardness spring coiled around a central pin. When motion is detected, the spring makes contact with the center pole, closing the switch. This makes it ideal for basic projects and wearables where simple motion detection is required.
