Description : SSO-2 Linear, Compass (ICs) RoHS
Mfr. Part # : TLE4941CE6735BTMA1
Model Number : TLE4941CE6735BTMA1
Package : SSO-2
The Hall Effect sensor IC TLE4941C is designed for rotational speed detection in modern vehicle dynamics control systems and ABS. It features a two-wire current interface, fast power-up time, and low cut-off frequency. The sensor offers excellent accuracy and sensitivity for harsh automotive environments, including a wide temperature range and high ESD and EMC robustness. It utilizes BiCMOS technology for monolithic integration of active sensor areas and signal conditioning. Optimized piezo compensation and integrated dynamic offset compensation simplify manufacturing and eliminate magnet offsets. An overmolded 1.8 nF capacitor is included for improved EMI performance.
The differential hall sensor IC detects the motion of ferromagnetic and permanent magnet structures by measuring the differential flux density of the magnetic field. Motion of ferromagnetic objects requires a back-biasing permanent magnet. The sensor cancels magnetic offsets up to 20 mT and device offsets through a self-calibration algorithm. After initial calibration, switching occurs when the input signal crosses the arithmetic mean of its maximum and minimum values. The ON and OFF states are indicated by high and low current consumption, respectively.
